Oh Yo my heart goes out to you. I know back pain can be terrible. I've seen Terry go through it. I hope you are feeling better soon. Please take care and rest when you can. Hugs and Prayers go out to you. Judy

I did pretty good when I woke up, but the spasms have started in again. Need to take more zanaflex.

There's a number of reasons I think my back and neck have gone amuck. One, my desk chair is broken and very unstable. Two, the wind does a number on me when I'm on my scooter. That will end once I have my windscreen and new helmet.

Anyway, I'm heading back to bed for a bit. Need to give it a rest.

Any prayer that is said with faith and conviction works I believe.

Lo.. 19lbs of cat food? And the back was hurting when you left the house? You then hoisted 19lbs around and then held onto it with your legs and you wonder why your back is hurting???
Well might be why anyway. Sometimes if there is a bit of strain the least little things can set it off.
Please take it easy.

I have a perpetual back ache with the sciatica and fibro. so I empathize with you on this a lot. I walk funny cuz of it now.
Will also pray about it.
Between Lo and me, G-d will get an ear full .

My brother has back trouble. He had to change motorcycles so he could keep riding. His old one was really for someone not in their 50's. LOL

Anyway, he walks like he has a stick up his butt. LOL I'll probably look like that at this rate.

I also have sciatica. Just call me the 2000 year old woman. LOL

OK. My word verfication is weird. Today's word is "Hating". hmmm...yip...that's how I feel about my back and neck. :)

Oh goodness yo, I just now watched your video on your back. The 19 lbs of cat food was probably WAAAYYY TOO HEAVY girl, there, that is the reason!!

Seriously, I do hope it is better by now and you are back to having fun on the scooter. I have fibro in my lower back and a herniated disk from walking so wacky in past years so I do empathize with you.

And guess what??? I rode on a scooter this past weekend, it wasn't pretty! And it didn't last long because I was screaming, so you are incredibly brave!!

GO YO, GO YO!!

I'm still having lots of back spasms.

Do you remember what kind of scooter you rode?
